I did a little experiment on the dining table to everyone's delight at home to see which super shoe bounces the most. Actually, I wanted to see how the rockers behaved, but I ended up observing the energy return of the foam instead. 🤓

Both the @nike Alphafly 2 and the @asics Sky+ behaves similarly, with the Nike being a bit more lively thanks to the the insane amount of foam underfoot. Both fall and stabilise the impact the same way, which is interesting, considering how much smaller the Sky+ looks and feels. ✅

And then there is the @adidas Adios Pro 3. It bounces around like a ball, the Lightstrike Pro foam bursting with energy. The shoes completely fall out of line by the time they settle thanks to the asymmetric cutaway sections of the foam (something I mentioned in the review). 🎈

I have adios pro 3, here it looks a little wobbly, but it's a firm one while running, since it doesn't have squishier foam like alphafly
