My country's independence day is October 29th. This day is very important for us because our independent war is also a revolution. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder and commander in chief of our country, fought with many states to give us this country. In the end, he gifted us a country where everyone is equal, governed by a republic.

Hi, I am from Turkiye. We celebreate independence day on 30st August called "Victory Day". This because, we took back our occupied Anatolia lands in first world war. We organize traditional dance shows, air shows by warplanes, fireworks, reading poem shows. We sing National anthem. And most of things are free on Victory Day, like bus, subway.

The independence Day of my country is 2th of September. It's definitely a big holiday in my country, because people have a long days break, 2 days even 3 to 4 days normally. On that day, people usually tend to have barbecue, thought. Even someone love staying at home and spend their time having meals together. This is one of the same things about Independence Day of our country that we can see a lot of flags hang on their roof. Beside, some people have thier KARAOKE and Drink alcohol to celerate, Yah it's so much fun and expect that day come. Flags are the iconic of my country and it's always use for celebrate holiday and cheer too. I remember that I have seen so much people come down the road anh cheer with the victory of Seagame recently. So Flags, ecspecially The Patriotic is the most important things and Iconic of my country.
