I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS VIDEO . cause these days I am struggling a lot because of unpleasant thoughts and my anxiety has gotten worse . For some reason I just don't feel like going anywhere or eating anything and this video literally gave me hope that I will be able to win this battle .
