I say. "If I can't take the heat ...um....I gotta get out of the
I Love being outside so my "intolerance to heat" feels damning at times- I feel like a temperamental child when I realize I just CAN'T go outside whenever I want!!! I was diagnosed in 2003...so I feel I should already be aware and prepared BUT 'Radical Acceptance' is a life long course that I feel I'm Not excelling in😕. Just a seasonal reminder of how I feel like my body is failing me....and all I wanna do is go outside !?!?! Then my diseased mind goes to thoughts of all my other
I'm glad to live with family that helps identify possible health hazards Before I am effected, along with recognizing when I start going in a negative mental spiral- they help direct me into a more positive mindset.
I am super glad that you live with someone who loves you for YOU! And I REALLY do hope he is trustworthy and honors you with due respect...cause it's not easy being you. But you're going out of your way to help want to💗Thank you!

I can't deal with heat at 5-10 minutes in the heat I have to get cool. My heart starts pumping and brain gets super foggy, muscles start twitching, Its awful.

I just did a heat video b/c it’s affecting me too. I’m not dx with MS, but other autoimmune conditions. It’s so hard b/c my kid’s want to be outside and I get so drained.

Do you take anything? Or what is your routine for handling heat sensibility . I'm having similar symptoms.
