Hi! I just want to say I'm super thankful for all the useful tips and templates here. I'm applying for a exchange program that requires me to take a TOEFL test. Since I was extremely busy with my school work and part-time, I only had a week to prepare for it. I ended up using only your videos to prepare for the speaking and writing tests because these are the tests that I'm most unfamiliar with. I ended up getting a total score of 110 (R:30, L:25, S:28, W:27), which is far more than enough for this program. I messed up the listening section a bit but for the rest of the test I was extremely confident and the results really showed that. Thanks again for all the help!

Hello Josh, I had my TOEFL last Saturday and got my scores today!
R:23, L:30, S:28, W:30. Total :111 The only prep i did was watch your videos so thanks a lot for that!! Your writing and speaking templates worked brilliantly. With reading it was bad because I kinda panicked and the passage was extremely boring, but then after that I was calm and could ace the other sections!!

Hello Josh! My TOEFL is on June 22, and I have mixed feelings about it. I registered 2 months ago and was planning to start preparing in May. I ended up wasting all the time until previous week. I am worried that I will not be able to prepare well enough to get my desired score: 110+. On the other hand, I have some experience with TOEFL prep. I have been attending in-person courses this autumn, and I think I gained a decent amount of knowledge there. The only thing is that it was long enough ago for me to forget some material/skills. In addition to that course, I feel like my English is pretty good. Sometimes it's easier for me to express my thoughts in English than in my native language😁. Moreover, I am preparing for the SAT, so TOEFL seems like not that big of a deal to me. But all in all, I am very stressed out because when I took practice TOEFL test, I got 23 on both reading and listening. I make mistakes mostly on Inference questions. In a perfect world, I would get a perfect score on speaking and writing and even then my total score would only be 106 (I am talking about the real test). I will still try my best to improve my overall performance in just 10 days and report back when I get my score. I just wanted to let it out somewhere, and I think this is the best place to do so. $200 is a lot of money for my parents, so I just don't have an option to fail and try one more time. I am writing in 2 days and I only had 5 days to practice. This is my first time taking any English proficiency test. For me, the most difficult sections are speaking and writing. I need to score atleast 26 in speaking as required by FPGEE but I cannot think of any reason in 15 seconds. It takes me atleast 15 seconds to understand the question and I speak too fast everytime. I have been a fast speaker since a young age. Will speaking too fast lower my toefl scores?
