If you read the T&C on of your so called courts eportal you will find somewhere in there you agree to their jurisdiction lol lol
No one reads anymore !!
That's why they coerce you into lodging online these days and almost always refuse to accept them in 'person'. Challenging jurisdiction is impossible when you've already unknowingly consented by doing it the way they want !
You ROCK 😘

Filed into the docket or filed into the record? Write "File on Demand" on the caption has always worked for me. I never go to court anymore, i mail in my copies (2) with my proof of service and order them to file stamp my copy and return it in the SASE i provide, poor bastards always like to change my SASE to have a zip code and my name in all caps, eh...who cares. 2 years back I was sued by atty in small claims, did an NOL against him, he remained silent on proving a contract existed that he didn't commit fraud by making claims he later said he never made (I had a witness) and I fired him and he showed up at trial anyway. In addition I disqualified the judge who at trial stepped down immediately (a first for me). Anyway I did a writ of prohibition showing the default on the NOL and lack of jurisdiction after demand to show it, and the Appellate court refused to rule on it, (its still sitting there) for failure to pay their fees, I did a no fee demand showing no fee can be charged by a state for the enjoyment of a constitutional right Frost V Frost trucking SCOTUS, and the atty got a judge to issue an order for me to come to come to court, I blew him off and didn't go, no warrant, no consequences, everything is right with world.
