As I understand it, the Body is weather sealed but the lens (the front of it) is not. You need to use the filter adapter and a filter to completely seal it. (This is per Fuji's brochure for the X100V)

6:57 - Wide open (f/2) crop 200% - The level of detail and color performance is absolutely incredible, not to mention the smooth transitions and creamy blur, in demanding lighting conditions. This image is proof that the lens is exceptional. (Years ago I sold all my digital equipment and I only shoot film (Mamiya 6 + Pentax 67 / Nikon FM3a + Nikon FM, Contax T, Nikon 35 TI, Oly OM2, among other toys). Images like this would incline me back to digital sin)

The X100 cameras are dear to my heart too. I shoot raw with every other digital camera I have but I love shooting jpeg with the X100 because it furthers that feeling of limitation that the camera is so good at. Picking up the camera, choosing a film profile and shooting brings me back to my early days of learning photography with my parents' rangefinder and whatever roll of film I could afford to buy. Such a pure experience. Thanks for sharing.
