"A lot of the streets don't make sense like they're kind of twisty and windy":
Literally every city in Europe.

I live around Detroit, and I love it. The Urban decay is actually pretty cool, to look at. Its sort of post apocalyptic, centered around a pretty cool downtown, reminds me of fallout. And with the steady swarm of hipsters moving here, there's a lot more art, good food, and craft beer here. Good area for music and comedy too!

Imagine eSwatini just changing their name to just be mentioned sooner in Geography Now

Chicago’s known for its suburbs and how everyone who says they’re from Chicago are actually from Naperville.

As a non-US viewer, please, complete this list. It's so great to actually get nuanced information about states and cities of the US, how it's not just all "american city", but instead local stereotypes and specialities. Love it!

The Atlanta airport is actually the busiest in the world, not just in America. Also, on another transportation note, according to a recent study, Atlanta has the 8th WORST traffic in the world. Being from here, I believe it. I-285, Atlanta's perimeter, is the worst.

three things to note about connecticut:
1) it has one of the largest income inqualities in the US. this means some of the richest postcodes in the country are right next to some of the poorest.
2) towns close to new york and along the coastline *tend* to be nicer (so southern CT) (bit of a generalization but y’know)
3) towns also tend to be nicer/wealthier than cities. so bridgeport is quite poor and depressing but it’s right next to the towns of fairfield county, which are very beautiful and wealthy.

Connecticut: literally the definition of wealth inequality. You got places like Greenwich which is like pretty much Gilmore girls and then places like Bridgeport, waterbury etc that are poor and crime ridden. Theres a town where jfk's nephew has a mansion and on the same street theres a bunch of mobile homes

People think detroit is like mega dangerous which yeah it isn't the safest city in the world And I wouldn't wanna be out at night (walking or driving depending on the area) But unless you go to some dangerous part of the city you should be fine. Plus detroit has great pizza so you should go
