How To Stop Disappointing Yourself

How does disapointment effect your work? We have all felt the overwhelm of starting a business. There is typically more work to be done than one person can handle. So how to we stop that that feeling from creating a road block in our daily work.
Have you heard of imposter syndrome? If you've ever had that little voice in your head telling you "Hey, your just not good enough. You don't have what it takes. You're not educated enough." That's what I'm talking about.
We enter a valley of disappointment when we have not achieved what we thought we would on our timeline. How can we avoid that disappointment and continue to feel motivated even when we lack results?
In real estate, there are hundreds of moving parts. Lead gen, marketing, assisting clients, showing homes, etc. The goal is to focus on the now and what NEEDS to be done.
On a piece of paper write out your tasks that NEED to be finished and the tasks you WANT to finish. Focus on the page that has NEEDS. Get those checked off and keep adding to it. Focus on those little goals and checking them off the list and that disappointed feeling will start to leave your mind.
Serisously, if you follow these tips you will feel yourself gain more confidence and be more effective in life. It's okay if you're dealing with tasks that can disppoint you. Focus on them and check them off the list.
