Mr. Johnson needs to pay the City the money he owes so that the city can continue to pay us generous wage increases along with a guaranteed pension to allow us to live and enjoy retirement. If the residents in Chicago would pay their bills the City could continue to increase our paid sick leave and paid holidays which in turn allow us to continue to attract the best and brightest to work in City jobs.
