The way babies gain their genes is driving me crazy, I set up my custom race make the traits inheritable and the kid only gains the negative ones I set up for efficiency.

Already have a psychic mechanitor vampire with bionic enhancement in my latest playthrough.

While very strong I kinda regret the vampire bit as keeping him happy requires keeping atleast 1 preferably 2 prisoners and a constant supply of herbal medicine to harvest blood. Does make for easy medical training, but early on the extra food and medicine demand is kinda tough, annoyingly you also can't control you mechs if your mechanitor is death resting to include not being able to draft them, work mechs still function normally but can wander into combat and won't fight back or flee.
