My only issue is if you can use a computer system to remove the people. How can you explain all of the things that he was able to do? Police would not let you just walk into a police station hospitals would not let you just wander at the halls, even if the people were removed, who would have enough power to be able to walk around all of these different places, and not be bothered by anyone

He just filmed every scene at night when there were very few or no people around!
Then rendered that scenery in a daylight setting with a fake sky above and some scenes where it is seen!
Notice that even in the bright sunny days on the video there are no shadows being cast by any objects trees cars or benches excetera that would be because it is hard to render convincing shadows and daylight contrast that can't be seen obviously to be faked!
Also when you come at night you eliminate shadows from the Sun and other light sources therefore if there are people or objects moving around you video you can still get them headed out easily because they are not creating movement in their Shadow and contrast from shadows excetera just the object itself!
