I expected to see the cable type required up front and central since the iPhone now uses USB C. I can get the cable USB A to USB c but an adapter is another option which would allow USB C to USB C Poor explanation in my opinion

Your cable connection to your iphone connects to what? Some place on the Subaru dash/consul? Usb A, Usb C or something else. Poorly thought out video!
