Factories must follow specific rules to make good-quality flour. The type, quality, and protein value of the wheat determine the category of the flour. Those are the characteristics that separate cookie flour from pizza flour. Factories need to analyze the wheat before they even begin the production process. Then they remove all the impurities from the wheat with a detailed cleaning process. They temper it and separate the flour part from the crust. That is the recipe for good-quality flour.

Wheat flour per capita in pounds in the United States was 127.3 pounds in 2021, and during 2021/2022 the United States produced 49 million metric tons of wheat, placing the U.S. in fifth place of global wheat production. The amount of wheat grown is as follows: 39% is consumed by humans, 50% is exported, 10% is used for livestock feed, and 4% is used for seedlings.

The 50% of exported wheat is valued at $9 billion.

My country Kazakhstan in 2021 produced 11, 8 million tons of wheat. Which is 17, 1% less than the year before. This year's prediction is about 12, 5-13 million tons. Kazakhstan exports about half of it to other countries.
