Thanks, found out you need to put the case back together otherwise it doesn't work. I was trying to test it before putting the case together and couldn't see why it wasn't working.

The new instructions tell you to tighten the tape by turning the one cog counterclockwise until the tape is tightened. I guess that improves the feed.

I bought my label maker from a friend and do not have the operators manual. Im realizing there is more to changing tapes than swapping out cartridges of different size. I think 🤔 figured size, (1 star/6mm; 2 stars/9mm; 3 stars/12mm), but it’s still not printing. I think I messed up all the parameters

Can I swap out my tape cartridge even though I have not used up all of the original cartridge?

Just buy compatible. With 25 euros you get 5 or with 20 euros you get 4
