The second in a trilogy of films adapting the enduringly popular masterpiece The Hobbit, by J.R.R. Some explanations why is Legolas here: The Hobbit movie is not based on The Hobbit book, it is based on The Hobbit book + scripts at the end of Lotr book what have some things what were happening at the time at The Hobbit book, but these things are not in The Hobbit book.Tolkien wnted to re-write The Hobbit after Lotr, to fit it in nicely, but he died.Legolas lives at the time of The Hobbit book, cause he is Thranduil's son, and elves can't die by natural death.So, how would You explain if Legolas is not in the movie? Where is he then?

I just don't understand why people complain about CGI all the time, I believe that PJ knows the best, I mean, he did what nobody did before.Please stop complaining about CGI, what do You want, real dragon, or real troll?? Of course, he could make Goblins and Orcs without CGI, but he did really awesome work on CGI, especially Azog.What bother people is only word CGI, nothing more.Stop thinking about what is behind the movie, and enjoy IN the movie. People like that can only dream to be like Peter Jackson.

I'm a huge fan of the books I'm also huge fan of the lord of the rings movies. And im glad what peter Jackson Is doing with the hobbit ill love this series as well. Only thing I wish is it was a 4 movie trilogy so he could add in more.

After all I've seen and heared about Smaug, I pray so hard that he's a Dragon!
And no Wyvern... It would break my heart if he is one, especially because of the Awesomeness of Cumberbatch's Voice.
