Yup. Been eating eggs almost everyday since 2020, and despite my health issues, I grew back hair from stress and have been enjoying long, healthy locks. I only use clarifying shampoo everyday. As of late I will do a conditioner for a few minutes in the shower. Glad to be half Greek lol
