"The nuts are dried to reduce moisture, " I do not need to hear such obviousness.

In this video he talks about various types of nuts and I did a term paper when I was in college and the macadamia was 1st found in Australia and it's name was the QUEENS NUT, then it went to Hawaii, and if you ask any good Pastry Chef they will tell you that it's a Universal nut and high in protein and the oil is expensive but they sell it under a specific name I forgot but they sell it in halves or whole, now it's in California and I got a 100 on that term paper because I went to the library to research it but I like the pistachio and it comes 2 different ways one is regular and the other one is red and they are very expensive but if you go to COSTCO the price drops dramatically and it's a bargain but I like nuts in general because you can use them in many different ways from baking with them, salads, soups, sauces, very Universal and year's ago I worked at a FINE DINING RESTAURANT called ONE IF BY LAND, TWO IF BY SEA, and we ordered bazzini mixed nuts and expensive but I enjoyed them as I ate for free and many places offer it as a snack at the bar. Please stop the narrative. I preferred the earlier videos with just music and subtitles.
