with the issues your getting (slow boot and no RAM detection) i have a couple suggestions:
1) for the RAM detection, check that your CPU is seated properly, as a misaligned pin can cause that easily, as can a bent pin but if microcentre cleared it its probably fine. Also re-seat the RAM, first time round i didn't realize just how hard you have to push so be careful but might just be that.
2) for the slow boot, go into your BIOS and check for the boot sequence, as this decides which hard drive to boot off, so your windows install might be on your HDD not your SSD (i'm assuming you have both, if not the slow boot is because of the HDD). Also if you are comparing to any recent apple computer for Bootload times then prepared to be disappointed, they are almost always faster.

Your ram isnt detected by the system bcouse you mostprobably got Windows 10 Home, which "only" accepted 64gb of ram, which means you need to Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro ^^
