Hate to say but they'll chew and pick through insulating foam. Caulking or stapling in steel or copper wool is better.

Hilarious... I'm a city slicker - a 21st century digital boy and for the first time we have a mouse in the house. The only thing I know about mice is what I learnt from Looney Tunes cartoons when I was like 9, but as senior householder I have to deal with the situation. My housemates are pissing themselves laughing at me - so far it's somewhere between a Tweetie & Sylvester Cartoon and an episode of Benny Hill. Just take the damned peanut butter and run into the trap and we'll go for a nice drive to the country... but no... he has to make this personal... 🤣

You need to have the hammer hitting the head sound effect from “Tom&Jerry”. lol. Can’t they chew through that foam?

My landlords didn't look to see where the mouse are coming in. I'm pissed!! He only gave me traps. I'm so scared and I pray that it's not an infestation

I appreciate the transparency in the video.. I am at war w a mouse in my newly renovated kitchen. It was on my stove 😮
I can see gaps under the base cabinets, the stove is not fully flushed to the wall. (That’s how it got away, behind the stove). Any advice? I’m hearing steel wool/ peppermint tea bags/ foam yes or no?

Spray form does not work. They still make hold though it. Like pictures

Highly Entertaining. Also highly human approach. Good man. However, I am certain your mouse was navigating the interior of your toaster on nights when bread was unavailable. I've lived in old houses all my life and the #1 rule in old house kitchens is a toaster oven. Never a pop-up toaster. Your mouse may be gone but you may want to invest in a brand new toaster. Thanks again.

I'm trying to figure out how it got on the counter. Any cords running to the floor? Maybe that dish towel, since they can jump up to a foot off the ground.

Holy fuck, you left a 30” long 1” wide slit in drywall and didn’t think about rodents? You really shouldn’t be doing renovations if this is your quality. Just because it can’t be seen doesn’t mean you shouldn’t spend 4 dollars on a tube of caulk to fix a gaping hole in the wall. That said it’s definitely a learning process, but come on dude. A mouse can fit through any hole that its skull can squeeze through. 3/16ths or larger and they are in. Also foam won’t work, you gotta pack with steel wool then foam.
