Who ever wins is going to wish back everyone that was lost during the tournament and Frieza will be wished back by default. Goku will probably win and make that wish tho and stay true to his promise with Frieza, but his main purpose for using them is to wish everyone back Frieza will just reap the benefits of the wish. win win

Maybe the dragon balls work differently since Dende is guardian, So my theory is if you died when Kami was guardian it can't bring you back to life again even though there is a new guardian but if you die more than once since Dende become guardian may work differently - So make it more simple if you died under the old owner even though there is a new owner you can't be brought back again but if you die under the new owner you are insured

So here is the thing I am wondering. If the earth dragon balls can not revive someone twice no matter the circumstance, then a bunch of people on earth would be dead. Everyone that Cell or the androids killed during their run were revived after the Cell Games arc, but then they died again when Buu used the Human Extinction Attack. When they wished back everyone killed by Buu, they shouldn't have been able to bring back the ones initially killed by Cell.

Goku lied Zeno once, to his closest friends about the tournament. And by omission to Chi-Chi about Gohan fighting Cell. So it is not impossible to think that he's lied to Frieza too.

So here's a new spin on things that I'd like to know your opinion on regarding the one time brought back to life rule. How many countless humans through dragon ball did not get brought back? It seems they wish to undo the killing of basically every victim so the humans that died get brought back... however I'm sure thousands of people died at least twice. And then in the Buu saga they erase everyone's memories of Buu, so wouldn't people be confused as to where their families and friends are that didn't get to come back because they were already revived once? I'd love to hear your explanation of this. Great channel by the way!

If you watch episode 94 of Super, it's clear that from Goku's point of view, he was not lying to Frieza. Just from the conversation he had with Bulma and crew, he was figuring if Frieza caused any trouble then they would just beat him up again.
