When i water our mint we see like little green bugs flying away from it could it be those leaf mites that it the leaves cus i also see like white dots while the leaf is intact so maybe theyr eating a layer of the mint?

I am now adding a couple pumps of mild liquid hand soap per 16oz of water/hot pepper mixture to aide with the solution adhering to the plant leaves.

I can't believe I don't think about that, my green onion is growing healthy while my mint is suffer from black spot like dots and a hole with burning edge. Thank you Thank you.

I did what you said. But won't the leaves be spicy and missing the mint taste? Or will it just wash off all the same?

You're Peppermint looks great ... I have something eating mine, I don't see any bugs. I'm trying Garlic water.

Yes. It’s works! Grinding garlic hot pepper with ginger and mix with strong % white wine . Then spray on plants.

I have chocolate mint and i notice that is full of insects that look like fruit flies can I use vinegar with water to get rid of them?

Umm, so is it perhaps then approximately a litre's worth of water? Thankyou for reminding me of this. Just remember using it. I was little, so I can not remember the quantities. We did add ginger though, but perhaps only because we had it.

I have a large indoor grow area, mainly for crazy hot hot peppers, I know mint is invasive but can it grow out from it's pot to another? I just got some peppermint from a friend at work, she gave it to me in a pot with a little vine fence and everything, I asked why, and she said it makes really good tea and that she had made the mistake of planting it in ground and now it's everywhere in her garden lol
