Sideflip Progression

This is how I learned to side flip in my backyard. For some reason despite being labeled a beginner trick it took me forever to wrap my head around this move. I️ hope you enjoy, land is at 4:38

Sideflip is such an awkward and also kind of scare trick, lol I still do exactly what you were doing st the beginning, I can't get myself yo actually do it.

How does that not hurt your feet when I flip I have to wear shoes it just hurts too much

I learn how to do mine in 10mins on ground, my technique when the first time you’re gonna touch that ground hard but after that I know how high and fast I should approach the next one

I can do a side dip off a mini trampoline onto the ground but not a sideflip on ground
