Can a saved person live however they want and still go to heaven?
Let's see what the Bible says...
We are not saved by what we do or don't do. We are saved by trusting what Jesus did. John 3:16
A person is saved forever when they put all their trust in the fact that Christ died for their sins and rose again. 1 Cor. 15:3-4
We are not saved by good works but we are saved to do good works. Eph. 2:8-10
A Christian who is living for themselves is not doing what God asked them to do. 2 Cor. 5:14-15
Even gross sin in the life of a Christian doesn't cause them to lose their salvation. 1 Cor. 5:1-5
A saved person may continue in sin to the point that God calls them home early. 1 John 5:16
Can a saved person live however they want and still go to heaven? Yes, but there are consequences:
Yes, but there is a loss of rewards. 1 Cor. 3:14-15
Yes, but you are inviting God's chastening. Heb. 12:5-6
Yes, but you aren't doing what God designed you to do, so you'll ultimately regret having lived your life for yourself. 2 Corinthians 5:15
Let's live for Him with all our hearts because He is worthy of our first and our best. Rev. 4:11. Let's serve Him with all our hearts, not to get saved or stay saved but because we are already saved by putting our trust in His complete payment for our sins on the cross. John 3:16
