2024 Lincoln Nautilus | Screen Gimmicks and Much More

We review the new 2024 Lincoln Nautilus, Ford's brand-new attempt to bring Lincoln into the next generation of modern luxury. We discuss the trade-offs and problems with the approach and the long-term sacrifices. As with everything, they had to make compromises for the sake of technology. They have massive competition, like the Mazda CX-90, Lexus RX, BMW X5, Acura MDX, Mercedes GLE, Audi Q5, and Genesis GV80; which would you choose?

The dash in front of that massive screen would be a great place to transport a party sub sandwich.

I need TikTok preinstalled on my car so I can entertain my wife’s boyfriend while I drive him to jury duty.

I really wish this had more screens. I hate having to look at the road when I'm driving.

The “Made in China” part really puts the American luxury into perspective

I absolutely do not care about SUVs, Trucks, etc....but something about a SG video keeps me watching. You guys are doing something right. Keep this formula.

NGL, i was fully expecting you to rip this car to shreds. But I'm surprised at how much good Lincoln was able to bake into it. As much as i don't like the proliferation of screen in cars, I do kind of like how '90s this dashboard looks. They went back in time and looked at the Lincoln Mark VIII and said "we can do this better today" which i respect.

Thanks for the genuine feedback. I worked on some of the powertrain attributes for the hybrid model and am intimately familiar with this vehicle as a consequence. Lots of effort from myself and the team went in to make this the best product it could be.

I keep forgetting Lincoln is still in business. The airport transport industry is saved!

Lincoln tech here. They have some software kinks to work out but overall a fantastic step forward for Lincoln. The interior absolutely blew me away when the first ones showed up. Only thing I absolutely hate is no more physical HVAC controls, a deal-breaker for me personally.

I recently got a social add of "put away your phone while driving" and I've instantly thought of this...

the fact this masterpiece review comes after a documentary of some random old Honda is why I subscribe to this channel. The diversity of content is premium like my car's piano black, pre-scratched trim

I own one, Reserve model with 203a package and love it. Rides nice, comfortable, quick, hybrid average 29.5 mpg. No it doesn't handle like a BMW, what Lincoln ever did? No issues with brakes or stepping on it and acceleration. Comes with a spare tire, great sound system.

As much as I hate screens in cars, this is the way to do it. Just having a giant tablet is an interface nightmare where everything takes the place of something else and takes 2-4 taps to get back somewhere.

I'm not paying 75k for a Ford, 2.0L 4 banger. Don't care how many screens it has.

5:32 I near-always skip the underbody section tbh…and/but am reminded how important and accessible it is. Good job.

Does it report your driving statistics to insurance companies without you being warned about it first like OnStar?

Do you perhaps have a place where all your sound testing is compiled in one file?
