Hi. I bought your resume course 2 years ago. After taking a stepping stone job (48k) and working there for a year, I got a job that matches my background it pays 135k.

For anyone who is reading this, Linda's resume course is really good and you can probably increase your chances of getting the first-3rd interview. I recommend it if you want to increase your chances of getting interviews. However, you won't be able to get the job if you don't actually have the skills for the position you are applying for and if you don't give a likable impression. In my opinion, the more you let the other person talk during the interview, the better impression you give to them and you can collect information on how to impress your next interviewer. I let most if not all interviewers talk about themselves for more than half of the interview time (over 30 minutes).
I asked questions like "I would like to know about your background and how the skills you developed in the past helped you with this position." "What do you like about this job?" "What makes someone successful working here?" And I used the answers they gave me to answer questions in the next interview. For example, if they said someone who asks others to look over their work before submitting it will learn their job the fastest, I'll tell the next interviewer that I always ask people to look over my work before turning them in. If they said, that what they like about their job is that they can work with different clients in different fields, I would say in the next interview that I would love to work with different people and learn about different types of businesses. In the end, the recruiter told me "every person who interviewed was super impressed."
