Actually I like that you talk fast as I just don’t have patience for long and slow videos

Loved Istanbul. Was scammed by a taxi driver but met many wonderful people. Would go back in a New York minute. At 79 years young if my little rescue dog dies I will be on my way.

I feel scammed on a monthly basis in my midwestern state just living a normal routine.
Thank you for all the great tips. At least when exploring interesting countries, I'm getting a unique experience in the event I do feel scammed 😄
I'm more than willing to take that chance! Off to Turkiye next month and can't wait!

Great video! Informative, yet concise, and not all about you. I star the places that I'm interested in on Google maps, and you make it easy by clearly identifying each place. Good luck with your channel. You deserve more viewers!

Well done and really helpful! I know the neighborhood to book my airing now!

What are your favorite non-schengen cities and countries?

I used to love to escape to Croatia until they joined.

I've spent a couple months in Albania (Durres and Tirana) and especially liked Tirana. This fall I'm going to Montenegro (Podgorica) for a bit.

Have a great day there!

3:50 When I went to Istanbul I made the experience that haggling or negotiating especially at the Grand Bazaar or Egyptian Bazar is not possible.

Prices are too high and if you try to haggle, they won't. Either you take it overpriced or you leave it because they know in like 2 mins another tourist will come and buy it anyways...

everyone commenting about the 90 day minimum. this is only true if the host doesn't want to register the property and pay the tax. you can stay for 1 day or 1 month or anytime in-between 1 day and 90 days. anyone saying otherwise is trying to get you to pay more or get out of paying taxes.
