HELP ME OUT HERE!!

Starbucks is lined up in every airport, hotel and today I m in Las Vegas for Cosmoprof The Biggest Skin Care Congress in America. Imo the coffee is mediocre, service used to be great, the cleanliness is 4th grade. The stock is down 30% this year!!
A- They do not care about the client
B- There are no workers ( there are 3 people working and 45 people in the line)
C- The lineup creates excitement for their product?
D- Other??

All of those reasons but mostly because they seriously overcharge us for crap coffee that too many people pretend to like.

I would go somewhere else at that point! They're overpriced and they have too much to do to make one coffee. Personally I don't like Starbucks enough to stand in line or to worry about why there's a line😮☕

A lot of retailers cut staff to cut costs. In turn it just leaves frustrated customers who don’t get the service they want & frustrated staff who are put under too much pressure. All so some big wig can get a bonus.

Dr Rajani, I have boycotted Starbucks after an incident that went viral. A man came in late around closing time with a gun to rob them. The barista fought back, even after being pistol-whipped. The manager hid in the back like a coward, then had the audacity to fire the barista... they don't even care about their employees!! I'm not sure where this took place, I don't recall. But I'll bet you could find it if you looked it up! I love frozen coffee, but I go to Scooter's now. I don't know if you have a Scooter's in Portland, but their coffee is AMAZING. It's a drive - thru only, and they are FAST with their service!! If you have a Scooter's, go there!! They are polite and treat you right, and I've never waited more than 5 -7 minutes, even with 3 or 4 cars in front of me. And their coffee actually tastes like coffee, not frozen gallons of chocolate syrup...Or try a local Mom and Pop coffee shop. They are often amazing as well!! And my personal answer..? They DO NOT CARE.

Starbucks didn't survive as a chain in Australia. Very few are still standing

All the business owners claim that they cannot get people to work, but when you ask the people working they say the companies won't hire anyone or staff the shifts for what they need... 🤔 My personal opinion is that as businesses became more focused on profits and not wanting to pay higher wages, that they have compensated in many ways - poorer quality products, smaller sizes, higher prices, but most notably, they are not hiring as many people to work and they are not hiring full time. It really needs to be brought into public awareness. They know people will wait and still buy their product, so they have 3 workers doing the work of what 6 used to do. It's all about the money 💰 unfortunately... When we quit buying, they start listening.. maybe. Have a safe trip Dr. Rajani! Enjoy your coffee. ☕

Good observation Dr. Mostly (A) they don’t care about their customers. They’re a part of the consumerist society, they’re an established brand, they’re not going anywhere. Hence
most times don’t have the right amount of staff.
Frankly, UNlike other cafes their coffee is overrated, overpriced and so are most of their drinks.

They dont care about the client. They wont hire more. Shameful. I have never been to Starbucks due to these problems.
