Only works on older trucks, freightliner reprogrammed and now you can't do that any more. The truck is derated by rpm now. Not by speed sensor, at least on the 2016 Freightliner, might try pulling the fuse for the ABS sensor, might work on the newer trucks.

Warning, you’ll have no engine brakes, you’ll have very little boost power. Be careful on hills.

It works on my 2015 freight liner cascadia. However, since it disconnects speed it throws the ELD off. For me, it continued to log off duty even while I was moving!

Which abs fuse do you remove? There is like 3 of them: ABS BATT1, ABS BATT2 and ABS IGN....Freightliner Cascadia 2016

So your Def level was reading empty and u disconnected the speed sensor and then your def level went to full? And your yellow/orange check engine lights r still on and u can still drive?
