I came here because I realized that being gaslit and emotionally abused in my family caused these issues.

I live in london there's not much help for people here apart from the test, it's a lonely illness and I'm constantly worried about getting dementia I've got another test soon .

I have had mercury poisoning and I have been diagnosed with mild cognitive disorder. Can the mercury poisoning be the cause? I have not been around mercury for 45 years, but have had problems with my memory since my early 20's. For example I have no preteen memories and I have no memory of major events like vacations or my children's weddings, etc.

Someone recently suggested the mercury poisoning from the early 1970s could have caused this. Any thoughts or suggestions?
