Saddened by his passing. I was unaware until seeing a tribute video to him. I last saw Dr Steve before I moved from Austin in 2016. He was a phenomenal and gifted healer and incredibly benevolent. When I informed him I had become chronically ill and could not work, he immediately and from there on out saw me for “whatever you can afford.” He said to just leave the cash on his front desk as I left. Didn’t matter if it was only 10 or 15. His kindness is not lost on me. Dr Steve was one of a kind: the good kind.

Doc didn't need no fancy video enhancements...he dazzled with his 100 yr old falling apart books and picture collections.

Patient: I’m dead

Dr Steve Berman: once again, you say dead, but let’s just see what’s chiropractic.

23:01 "The smile knows before the brain. The joints talk straight to the smile. The brain learns later on that everything is as good as the smile knows it is already." What a sweet guy. RIP Dr. Berman.

This is the pinnacle of YouTube chiropractic videos. I'm not sure I can go back to any others at this point. Even the guys mannerisms and speech are addicting.

From everything I have heard, he was something else!! A real giver of himself. If you couldn't pay, " leave what you can on the desk." The world is a sadder place without him. May God bless him.

I give props to this guy. I've watched tons of chiropractic videos and this is by far the most informative one I've ever seen. Good job.

If you read read the reviews of this gentleman, they are through the roof. "Eccentric but extremely caring"...."he's a national treasure"..."unlike any visit to any healer you will ever have"...."life changing most caring healer of any sort I've ever visited". Seems this guy is a somewhat of a hidden gem. They say he sits, drinks tea, and walks you through the history of chiropractic approaches. He interviews you in depth about your history, and above all is caring, genuine, and takes his time. In other words, he is REAL.
I just know I've made my appointment and cannot sleep I'm so excited.

The bar has been raised in chiropractic videos. This has unintended asmr elements which is the best.

This is the only guy that I have ever seen that is basically covering every area three times to make sure he got it all. Very thorough. Excellent!!

I had seen him before in Austin and trust me he was borderline genius.
I realize he looks a little eccentric I. This video l, but the only way I found him different was that he truly TRULY cared for his patients.
It wasn’t about money or bleeding insurances, it wasn’t one of this 7 minute every other day hurry in and out, but he would sit and talk to you and really took an interest in getting to know his patients. He was an old skool DC and essentially never promised anything other than to rule out certain joint/nerve issues.
While most DCs today are intent and focused on being YouTube stars, he took that time and energy to educate his patients on the science behind it.

I remember when I asked what the sound was he drew out these illustrations explaining how gasses were released and used an analogy of the toy guns with the suction cups. He said it was like the pop when you pulled the suction cup off of solid mass.

So yeah the only way he was different was in a good way.
