I don’t have much money, when I was choosing my school laptop I didn’t really care about the GPU cause the only game I wanted to play on it was Minecraft every once in a while so I sacrificed the gpu to get a better cpu

I loved my HP envy convertible, i wanted to get a very good laptop that would last me the duration of my university years. It cost me nearly 1000€, and then after almost 2 years of use one of the hinges caused the screen to come off from one of the sides. I contacted HP and the told me they could replace the screen for over 500€ because I didn't pay extra for the guarantee. I ended up getting a fairly "cheap" laptop for the time being because this happened literally 2 weeks before finals. So do I recommend HP? Never, did I absolutely adore that laptop when I had it? Yes I do.

Dear students, if you are a computer science student, do not listen to these influencers, go for a gaming laptop. Doesn't matter which one but always go for a gaming one, you will need good performance with good heat management and speed. I have been a hp notebook user for long it doesn't help, better get an ipad if you are a medical studnet, or law student for notes and shit.
