This is the stuff that almost completely destroyed my faith, and I’m still struggling with these bitter fruits and thorns that rose up because of it in my life. I noticed it made me frustrated, judgmental, and less caring and loving towards others because I was so worried about staying away from sin in my own life and frustrated with myself and my own inability to overcome my sin, and it made the sin problems worse. So beyond frustrated with teachers who teach legalism and it reminds me a lot of modern day Pharisees.

I was caught up in this can't seem to break free desperately need prayers to get back to true gospel.

I grew up Mormon. This speaks right to my heart. It seems like every year I get caught up in legalism somehow. I also notice it and I hope this is helpful for anyone reading the comments that when I do get caught up in legalism or legalistic mindset or others around me are trapped in legalism is that they become judgmental and they lose love and if I'm in legalism I lose love as well. And it's almost at that point where I'm like whoah whoah whoah! Hold up! Something is not right.

My parents are judgemental and critical Christans. They dont aprove. I took them by superise im 33 so im willing and readyto be hated to stand up to legalism even in the church.

Please be aware of a denomination called Christian congregation in the United States. It looks beautiful and sanctified from the outside But it's a very heavy and legalist cult.
