I started my freight broker business, & one ☝🏾 of the most challenging things I’ve experienced is that even the freight brokers wants you to have experience as a agent. How I’m I suppose to gain experience if nobody wants to take a chance on you? How can you build a book of business when shippers don’t want to take a chance on you as well because your New to the business?

Hello, Brandon. What are your thoughts on hiring foreign virtual assistants as freight your agents? Since they're cheaper, you can probably hire one from day one (with proper training)

Thank you again and blessings well all I can say yes that I still haven’t broken a load and no I am not gonna quit until I get this load. I did get a mental block but I recovered. I have progress . I was able to pass the gatekeeper and that to me was an Obstacle by itself 😅
