I am a non-resident and used Northwest Registered Agent address for incorporating and obtaining EIN.

Just filed it. Not too bad. Only heard about it today. It would be pretty scummy for people to be fined just for not knowing about it. I shouldn't have to rely on seeing a Facebook post to know about this apparently super important information.
