I had to fill out a BOI for a company I inherited after my father passed away. I am not business savey at all, and this video was SO HELPFUL!

Great video. You did a much better job then the government BOI you tube video for how to fill out this form. I just recently received a letter from my accountant about this. I think they are charging $250 per filing to limit the amount of work they have to do- understandable. But did provide a letter to their clients about how to do this themselves and it only takes 5 minutes- I give them credit for that. I did have them help me with my LLC and TIN- because at the time I was younger and never worked for myself before-sometimes I think it's worth paying for that insurance. And as a professional I think when you have been in a career field for so long, we have a tendency to assume that things a really easy- when someone that has no experience or knowledge doesn't have a clue where to begin.

You know it is STUNNING that Fincen does this and doesn't tell anyone about it. I had to find out by accident from a friend. Why can't Fincen first off just download the records from all the states? The information is already there! Second why can't they at least let people know via email as those are already in the systems at the states and then the FINES holy cow 499 per day! That's my entire food budget for a MONTH.
