I don’t understand how you land a job to coach the most demanding franchise in the NBA not having coached a single game or team in any level. Nothing against JJ but the Lakers are in trouble.

I honestly think JJ just doesn’t understand how hard of a job coaching is. He criticized Doc Rivers a lot and doc himself said once that he wished JJ was in a coaching position so he could rlly understand the job. I think next season will be a huge learning experience for him and it will also be quite humbling too.
