My mum used to crucify sprouts.
It put me off having them for years.
I cook them like this and they are so yummy.

And once the sprouts come out of the water wrap them with cheese then wrap them with bacon, hold together with toothpicks and put in the oven on 200 for 20 minutes 👍
If you wanted to get fancy, you could put a little crust on top
