During a teams meeting you may want to share your screen with a co-worker or who ever you are in your Micorosft Teams meeting with.

Sharing the screen in Microsoft Teams is actually quite easy, all you need to do is click on the Share button while in the meeting.

Then you select what you want to share, you can share your entire screen or just a particular application if that is better for your use case.

While in a screen sharing meeting, participants can request control of the computer and actually control the computer remotely. This can be quite beneficial if the other person needs to provide support or move stuff around on the screen so you both can see what each other talking about.

All you have to do is select "Request Control" and then the remote user will get a message saying that you are requesting control and allow you to control the session.

Thanks for sharing. I can’t believe Microsoft does not have the capability to share multiple screens at the same time.

Thanks for sharing this! Just to clarify, if you share Desktop, everyone can see everything that you drag to your desktop, for example an Excel spreadsheet, is this correct?
