The Bird's Eye Report is proud to present: The World Map is About to Change

Throughout history, the geopolitical landscape has been in constant flux. Boundaries redrawn, alliances forged, and unions dissolved, the world map has borne witness to the ebb and flow of nations' ambitions and aspirations, and even with all the turmoil in the world today, the actual political map has probably never been more stable. Welcome to The Bird’s Eye Report, where today, we'll embark on an insightful journey into the realm of potential future unifications. From socio-economic alignments to shared cultural legacies, we'll examine the various catalysts that could drive countries to unite in the decades to come. Some functioning as one in all but name, others just distant memories or future dreams.

I think the biggest positive you could add to these videos is sources. A lot of your claims about south korea not wanting to unite with north korea is generational, and it would be strengthened by having any sources for any such claims

Nation forming, Hawk knows his audience!

Jokes aside, great video and interesting topic!

Good video and good progress on making your videos better! Proud of you Hawk! Hearing that Somalia got added truly dashed my hopes for the EAF! I really wish they would stick with the original 5 and get unified. Somalia, South Sudan and the DRC are just WAY to unstable to make anything last.

The constant problem with concrete unification projects has always been deciding who will be in charge. It killed the three mid-century Unification projects in the Middle East and Africa.

Banger of a video Hawk. Love this style of 'contemporary hypothetical' - Could just be me, but I'd love to see some more graphs, words and numbers to back up what you're saying.

An example you could have used in this video would have been a pie chart showing the relative populations/GDPs of the countries and how the merged state would have looked on that front.

The EAF is either gonna be a success story and beacon of hope of Africa or Black Yugoslavia

Hello Hawk,
I enjoyed this video very much. It is nice to hear you in a different role.
I wonder If you could do a similar video about past empires like the Ming dinasty, Timurids, Mali, Kalmar Union and so on.

This may sound like a strange compliment, but the B-Roll, or whatever it's called, is so much better than in earlier videos.

Nice content and we'll presented. Just a suggestion: the music in the background is out of contest. It seems like it was made for an advertising of some tourism office. U don't need it. U just need a good intro and some effect for the transition. Well that's my opinion.

Very interesting topic, plus I appreciate that you were much more freely in comparison to your Italy video. Your is also less "Wikipedia-esque" so good job on this one!

Small Feedback: The Stock footage you are using is really nice.

I never really considered the potential for modern countries unifying out of mutual interest. I always looked at the Korean situation and dismissed the idea. But the East African Federation sounded the most promising to me.

I enoy your content! I think you need to work on your cadence for these videos as it sounds like a run-on sentence. A few more pauses for people to absord what you've said before delving into the next point would make these easier to digest. Keep up the good work!

Your timestamp for the East African Federation is about 20-23 seconds after the title card! Was quick to scrub back but just an FYI. If you jump to the timestamp you miss the context of the countries you're talking about haha

these videos need some background music and your personal opinion, rn it sounds a bit like chatgpt
pretty good though, but you forgot to mention south koreas human rights violations and attacks on the DPRK

Belarusians would be very sceptical about uniting as changing one dictatorship to another is no good. Additionally, although Lukashenko is usually seen as a Putin's ally he's not that loyal after all and always has been playing games between Putin and the western leaders.

What if all the southern Slavs in the Balkans united? Has anyone ever tried that? 😂

Am a Kenyan anf feel that inclusion of DRC, South Sudan and Somalia is a big blunder, those countries have several conflicts yet to be solved, also histories and languages are different from EAF

the word "Cypriot" is mispronounced in the video
