These Auntie Anne's Pretzel Bites are so good. Fill your pretzel craving without going to mall. Make these right at home. They are super easy to make and fun to make with kids as well. I made cinnamon and salted pretzel bites.
Recipe:
2 cups milk (I used Lactaid Free Milk, but most make this using regular whole milk)
2 packets of dry active yeast (Red Star)
7 tbsp brown sugar
5 tbsp butter melted
6 cups flour ( may use less)
2 tsp salt
3 cups water
1/3 cup baking soda
1 stick melted butter
sea salt
cinnamon sugar mix ( 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp cinnamon)
