My favorite Rocky moment is when he says "Let me tell u somethin u already know. The world ain't all sunshine & rainbows. It's a mean & nasty place & I don't care how tuff u r it'll beat u to ur knees & keep u there permanently if u let it. Now me u or nobody is gunna hit harder than life but it ain't about how hard u can hit it's about how hard u can get hit & keep movin forward how much u can take & keep movin forward cause that's how winnin is done. Now if u feel that ur worth somethin then go out there & get what ur worth but u gotta b willing to take the hits & ain't pointin fingers sayin u ain't where u wanna b cause of him her or anybody. Cowards do that & dat ain't u...ur better than that".

Huge Rocky fan here. I'd have to agree that Rocky 1 was a phenomenal film while the others were just good. However, I think you have to include Rocky Balboa with the original. Both of those films are phenomenal, and Creed is now up there as well. It's too my fav of the year. I also think it's the best of the year. It fully stands on its own while still carrying on the legacy of Rocky. The performances, writing,  and score are some of the best of the year. And the boxing... my goodness! What Coogler does here is outstanding! It's bloody, it's brutal, & it's realistic. Makes you feel like you're in the fight. WATCH THIS MOVIE ASAP! It deserves to be #1 in the box office!

My favourite moment is the final moments against Apollo Creed in the final round of the first film. Where all of Rocky's hard work, determination and iron fisted willpower pays off on one final last stand against Apollo as he grabs Apollo's shoulder and just whales on him over and over. In that moment, he may have lost the fight by decision, but he won the fight in everyone's hearts!

Rocky Fan here. And i don't comment very often, but i got to put two cents in. # 1. a very strong argument can be made that 2 is actually not far from being on par with 1. they feel like they were shot together. story wise it is an important continuation . 3 forward are fun but nonessential tag a longs. but if you haven't seen rocky 2, you really haven't finished watching rocky. (come on). #2. And for my favorite scene. I'll start by saying that it is criminally understated that rocky is not only one of the great sports films and underdog stories but also one of the great love stories too. So my favorite scene could be when rocky gets adrian to come to his apartment for the first time. it's romantic. it's awkward. it's magic.

Man I was already so excited for this movie and this got me PUMPED. This will be a great one to see with my Dad. We love the Rocky franchise and man am I excited that Ryan Coogler and Michael B Jordan get a chance to make their film the way they want. YES YES YES.

One of my favorite moments is when Adrian wakes from her coma and asks Rocky to win for her in Rocky 2. When Mickey yells, "what are we waiting for?" And you hear the bell leading to the training montage. When you hear the bell in Creed I got so excited and pumped up. Extremely powerful and phenomenal

Great review and great telling of your personal experience. I think the best moment is the scene when Mickey comes to ask Rock if he can be his trainer, when Rocky releases all his anger and frustration just to let it be in the past, to move forward and forgive his friend. He never brings it back, he never complains to Mickey, only that time so he can start a new relationship with this old man. The scene has everything, is funny (“they make good soup”) is touching, and violent as humans emotions are. It also displays Stallone’s acting talent.

My favorite part of this film was the atmosphere it created. It was raw, gritty, dirty, and real. One of my favorite scenes is simply him stumbling into Tessa Thompson's character singing at a small dive. Spontaneous, yet purposive.

Favorite moment might have to be with the scene in Rocky 5 where Burgess Meredith appears and says, "Cause Mickey loves ya." Oh the feels.

Really wanna see this. I even enjoyed the last one, except for the silly fight.

Favorite Rocky moment: in Rocky IV, when he decides to fight Drago, gets into the car and "there is no easy way out" starts playing

Creed was magnificent! Favorite Rocky moment is Mick telling Rocky that he's going to lose to Clubber Lang in Rocky III, second would be Adrian telling him to "Win" in Rocky II.

I could not agree more with this review. So perfectly put. Stallone really did deserve an Oscar for this.

Favorite moment was Paulie talking to Rocky at Adrian's ( the restaurant ). here is the quote.
*Rocky* Come on Paulie, we're about the serve today's special.
*Paulie* Italian food cooked up by a bunch of Mexicans doesn't sound so special to me, Rock.
