Answering, "Do You Have Any Questions for Me" usually hits job seekers like a ton of bricks and most of them will simply “No.” That’s the worst response you can give because it signals to the employer that you are not very interested in this position. Anyone who is seriously considering making a job commitment to an employer will have many questions. If they don’t, then they are not serious about the job or are desperate and willing to take anything.

I recently had an interview for medical reviewer and I came this close to getting that job as they asked me any questions for us in the end l. And I asked whats the most important quality an employee of this company should possess ? And the interviewer said ! “I thought you had this quality in you, and you’re doubting yourself now ? In surprised ! He said” After a day I got to know that I was rejected because if this question 😢😢😢 I cried and I was upset that I lost my dream job. Thank a lot ! I failed 😞
