Years ago I didn’t want to be a Deep Autumn, because I loved pastels so much. But in the last few years I’ve gone against my old tastes and really leaned into the Deep Autumn palette, my complexion just glows all the time now!

I’m a high contrast girl with neutral light skin, very deep brown eyes and brown hair with auburn tones in it. Because of my neutral skintone I find I have more color choices for makeup, and can dip into the Deep Winter color palette from time to time for certain items of clothing, just for a change. It’s so much fun 😅

I'm a DA with very fair skin (Was thought to be a winter because I was so fair but the DA colors clearly look better on me than the winter ones which just wash me out). Rose gold is my best metal tone, better than either regular gold or silver, in case anyone else is right in the middle too!

As a dark autumn I just adore pastel pink and hot pink.
although I know I can’t pull it off because pastels make me look sick and hot pink takes all the attention away from my skin.
I think peachy pinks and maybe mauves work best on me? I’m still kind of unsure. Pink is one of those tricky colors for me.

Im confused 😕 i can wear soft deep red oranges, but i dont look so hot in yellowish brown oranges. I have golden olive skin and i feel like i can wear the cooler shades of autumn and the warmer shades of winter. I think i land somewhere in between. 🤷‍♀️
