Incredible Manta Ray interaction with Freediver

Chances are you haven't seen anything like this! This curious Giant Manta Ray swam circles around our freediver and looked him right in the eye! When world record freediver William Winram dived down on a single breath of air he was originally looking for Hammerhead Sharks. That's when suddenly a huge Manta Ray approached him and started to investigate what this strange human being with fins was all about! He said: "I have had a lot of interactions with big marine animals, but this? It was insane! A moment I will never forget." The video was captured by Philippe Beauchamp, safety diver, during one of our scientific research expeditions.
