Parallel parking can be hard enough, but add a hill to that and it becomes a lot harder. Follow these simple tips so that you can park a manual car uphill with no issues.

The main thing is clutch control, getting the biting point before releasing the footbrake or handbrake and also keeping your clutch around the biting point as you go up the hill.

top quality instructions, mate ! One of the most difficult maneuver for me is a downhill parallel park on a manual car. Uphill is easy because you're kinda reversing with gravity, whereas with downhill you're going against it. Her e in San Francisco, wherever I see a downhill spot I would just ignore and find another one lol.

Almost perfect, but I have an advice, you should turn wheel left to stuck left wheel in the "curb"? I don't know how you call to the edge of the sidewalk

Is it okay to hold the clutch at the biting point for so long? I've heard it causes it to burn, but I don't know how else we can move slowly. Is there a time limit before which the clutch needs to be pushed down/pulled up?
