This was a good one. The "extinct" series is my favorite because other channels tend to ONLY focus on the BIG AND COOL animals that are in danger. You bring all shapes and sizes into the limelight, and that's such an important step for conservation. You're doing fantastic Work

Black footed ferrets would qualify as saved from the brink. At one point there were less than 50 individuals

I really hope sawfish gets covered on here one day. They are my favorite animal ever and it's heartbreaking how wide range they were (even with freshwater populations in the Amazon) and how all sub species are critically endangered and still struggling to recover. Especially with the current spinning disease mortality event going on with the Florida population currently.

The main one here in NZ is the kākāpō. So few birds years ago that every single one and each new one since has a name but their numbers are going up thankfully.

Your videos never miss!! This series especially is so rewarding to watch. Many channels only focus on heartbreaking stories of animal suffering, most of which I’ve heard before, so to learn about more obscure animals humans have saved from extinction gives me hope! Thanks for learning about these animals for us!

Here in Colorado, there are ongoing conservation efforts to save several species of cutthroat trout. I am unsure about their progress right now though.

Thank you for the great work, keep it up :) I've seen most of your videos but I think you haven't covered the Mediterranean monk seal which is one of the rarest pinipeds and were just 400 500 left but with the help of some good people it seems to recover in the last 10-20 years.

I saw an island fox at the wriggly monument on Catalina. It was magical to watch it do its thing.

Another’s species for the saved from extinction list would be the Panamanian Golden Toad (Atelopus Zeteki).

I had no clue whooping cranes were that rare. We see them at the cabin in the woods every once in a while and I knew they were rare (not to mention alarming to hear them coming) but I had no idea. I remember when I saw my first one and me and dad just stood there shocked for a couple minutes.

You should do the red kangaroo, west Virginia flying squirrel, Christmas Island red crabs, and golden snub-nosed monkey.
