Damn my 7 week old is sitting and standing with support already, it kind of freaks me out sometimes. He came out already able to hold up his head and rolled over in the hospital bassinet. He's a big boy born at 10 lbs 6 oz.

my son is really good with trying to hold his head up. he does baby talk with me it's adorable and he smiles alot and tries to grab things now too. he loves his swing even more now and his playmat. I love it

Our son is 6 weeks 5 days. He holds up his head a lot but it’s not stable. He flings it around because his neck is tired. He smiles a bunch but sometimes at nothing and we are wondering what he is looking at. Yesterday he started grabbing my hair. I thought it was a fluke but after watching this I guess he’s doing it on purpose. At church today my husband thought our son was trying to reach for me!!!

I wish I could nap when she naps... I try respecting a routine, doing playtime after her feedings, being very reactive to her sleeping cues. I'll put her down for a nap, swaddled, fast asleep, sound machine on, bedding slightly warmed from an heating pad (taken out when I put her down) but she wakes up 30 mins later like clockwork. I am scared of prolonging her wake window and dealing with an overtired baby afterwards. Her current wake window seems to be around 75-90 minutes Not quite sure if there is something more to do or if she is just in a period where she needs less sleep. She can sleep on us for a good 2 hours though 😅

Hi my baby is 7weeks old she isn’t sleeping at all it’s been 12hrs and she just won’t sleeping if I pick her up she falls a sleep the as soon as I put her down she’s up again and won’t sleep

My little girl has been grabbing my face since 4 weeks! And smiling ❤❤❤❤proper smiles! When I tickle her, talk to her, big gummy smiles haha. She's been able to hold her head for 30 seconds or longer since birth..the moment t the doctor put her on my chest, she held her head up and looked around!!! She was on her elbows and looked me in the face 😂😂
