My iphone does not have a heading "face ID and passcode" in settings. Why could this be? I do have face ID set up

A useful video, but mostly blurry and low audio quality. It applies to iOS 17, which requires a newer iPhone model.

So a thicko here, if my phone is nicked how do I use another device to sing into my account? My husbands phone only lets him sign in surely?
