EVERY earner in the USA should pay exactly the same rate of taxes! The low income souls would pay very little tax, and the high income would pay more, but it would be 100% fair to ALL!! 10 or 15% would do it!

in my opinion this is a great speech for the sake of the nation's prosperuty! Education is the way to healthy nation in the USA, while in Russia gifted youth will now be discriminated by children of police and security forces on their way to higher education, which means complete degradation of that territory

Investment -> Capital -> Growth. Its not a question of Wealth Tax cuts vs getting disadvantaged individuals free education. Capital Gains, and Investments should not be taxed at such a high rate that it inhibits growth. SOMETHING I LEARNED in ECONOMICS CLASS AT TIDEWATER COMMUNITY COLLEGE!!!
